Saffron is one of the richest spices in the world, in this article we are going through the
list of benefits and telling what saffron is good for  as a powerful antioxidant.

Saffron contains an impressive varaiety of compounds such as:

• crocin
• crocetin
• safranal
• kaempferol

For example crocin is what gives the red color to the saffron. also it gives health
benefits such as:

• antidepressant properties

• improve inflammation
• reduce appetite
• aid weight loss
