Let Love Liberate

Hi, this is me Hanna, the founder + formulator of Seeb Organics. I would like to dedicate the month of February to self-love and all kinds of love.

My journey to self-love has been a challenging one. Developing self-love is an ongoing process that requires self-awareness, intentional efforts, and a commitment to personal growth. It can have a profound impact on mental and emotional well-being, fostering resilience and a more positive outlook on life. Loving thyself is a difficult road that takes plenty of acceptance, forgiveness + compassion. I have realized that it is an everyday work and the healing journey to complete unconditional self-love is never ending, rather for as long as we are breathing in this third dimension.

Key components of self-love that helps me everyday:

Self-Acceptance: Embracing and accepting all aspects of oneself, including strengths, weaknesses, flaws, and imperfections. It involves acknowledging that everyone is a work in progress and that personal growth is a continuous journey.

Self-Compassion: Being kind and understanding toward oneself, especially during challenging times. Self-compassion involves treating oneself with the same empathy and care that one might extend to a friend facing difficulties.

Self-Care: Prioritizing one's own well-being by engaging in activities and practices that promote physical, emotional, and mental health. This can include adequate rest, healthy nutrition, exercise, relaxation, and activities that bring joy and fulfillment.

Self-Talk: Cultivating a positive inner dialogue is essential for self-love. It involves challenging negative thoughts and beliefs, fostering a more optimistic mindset, and building self-confidence.

Self-Forgiveness: Letting go of self-criticism and forgiving oneself for past mistakes or perceived shortcomings is a fundamental aspect of self-love. It involves recognizing that everyone is human and prone to making errors.

Mindfulness + Heart-fulness: Practicing mindfulness and being present in the moment true to our hearts can help develop a deeper connection with oneself. This involves paying attention to thoughts, emotions, and sensations without judgment.

Celebrating Achievements: Acknowledging and celebrating personal accomplishments, no matter how small, contributes to a positive sense of self-worth. This involves recognizing one's efforts and successes.

Authenticity: Being true to oneself and embracing one's uniqueness is an important aspect of self-love. It involves living authentically and not conforming to external expectations that may compromise one's identity and values.

Gratitude: Cultivating gratitude involves appreciating the positive aspects of life, including personal qualities, relationships, and experiences. Expressing gratitude can contribute to a more positive and loving perspective.
